From the Principal
Dear Parents, Staff, Students and Friends of the Our Lady of the Way Community,
As you are more than likely aware I will be on leave from Friday 22nd November until the end of the year and even though we still have a month left of the school year I would take this opportunity to wish each member of our community a happy and Holy Christmas. As Christians, this a time of joy at the birth of Our Lord and the gathering of families and parishes to celebrate together. In all your celebrations, at this time, may you be safe and know the presence and love of God both within and watching over you.
I thank you all for the wonderful support and faith you have shown in us as a staff, as we are given the amazing honour of moulding the young minds and fostering the amazing talents of your daughters and sons. It truly is a privilege and one we look forward to continuing. May we all return in 2025 refreshed and ready for the excitement, challenges, and joy of continuing to build our wonderful School Community.
Stay safe and well.
Best wishes,
Terry

Our Lady of the Way's 2024 Athletics Day is not far away! On the 28th of November from 11:00am until 3:15pm, students will be battling it out in Shot Put, Long-Jump, Javelin (soft ones), and in running races to see which house will come out on top. 2023 was Marian's year but will they be able to go back to back? Students are to wear their coloured tops to represent their house! Parents are welcome to join us on the oval but will need to bring their own shade as our house marquees will be for the students to gather under.
